Bretano House is situated  in a quiet San Rafael neighborhood. All homes are handicap-accessible. All homes and gardens are regularly and professionally maintained. The gracious lawns, gardens and patios provide excellent places for strolling, flower-picking, reading and relaxing or visiting with neighboring residents. 

The staff participates in an on-going training program in safety measures, medication management, activity supervision and techniques in working with various stages of dementia. They are especially understanding, compassionate and skilled at making Bretano House residents feel safe, loved and at home.
